Humanitarian Evacuation Support
Civilian, protective and non-offensive support intended to protect life, physical integrity and human dignity. It includes preliminary assessment of the risk context, planning of relocation routes, support for individuals unable to evacuate autonomously, coordination with institutional and humanitarian actors, coordination with authorised partners, logistical and protective support, and facilitation of the transfer to safe environments. These activities are distinct from military, offensive or coercive operations.
